Folowing some past instances regarding images and stories we have to publish a copyright page for safety of the fans and their image and stories.

All design, animations,sounds and images on this site have been Copyrighted and Designed by Odgey and Tonio for the sole use of Five Star Luxury © and it's sister sites.

Images posted may be copyrighted without Photographic symbol so that if downloading of an image takes place the full image which may have has five star luxury web address placed on top.

All images may be recognised in a special page where the information and stories has come from.

Copyright and use of logo designs are prohibited and breaking copyright law, without an email or permission from the Designer or IT from Five Star Luxury please DO NOT use for personal use.

These logos were designed only for five star luxury committee use only, link logos were designed for linking and logos on this site are not for personal merchandising.

Five Star Luxury Website can publish any image/story as long as it was taken at/ by or from a relevant event or member as publishing an image with yourself or any other parties is not illegal( in the UK) as long as they have the permission from the original owner of the photograph and not the person involved within its contents. Also images found on the internet that were not copyrighted may also be used within this and the sister sites. Names printed within stories or beside images shall not contain surnames unless permission has been granted from person although that image may still be used.

No racial slang or ethnic slander shall be used either, We all live in the 21st Century now, let's act like it, we should all have the same rights. We are all equal, it's only our knowledge and wisdom that separates us.

We will not tolerate negative or personal information being placed on any fourm.
